SPH&TS Visits the SMVRR

The SMVRR and Friends welcomed a group of about 80 conventioneers from the annual meeting of the Southern Pacific Historical and Technical Society taking place this weekend in San Luis Obispo, CA.
The group was treated to lunch and a presentation about today's Santa Maria Valley Railroad in the new meeting room area at the Betteravia Industrial Park headquarters.
Friends provided tours of various parts of the Betteravia townsite.
Friends also made sure guests got around the railroad areas in a safe manner - and always with a smile on their face.
Group #2 gets to eat.
